WSV is a Pennsylvania corporation operating as a holding company, owning equity interests in subsidiaries focused on the sports industry, primarily professional soccer teams, youth sports organizations, and sports technology companies in the United States. WSV is wholly owned by White Sports Soccer Ventures, LLC (WSSV), a Pennsylvania limited liability company. WSV and its subsidiaries aim to build value in the soccer ecosystem through strategic ownership and oversight. WSV is not a venture capital firm, registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner, and does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

2. Securities Law Compliance
WSV does not offer, sell, or solicit investments in securities through this website. All content is informational and does not constitute an offer or recommendation to buy or sell securities. WSV’s subsidiaries may facilitate investment opportunities, offered solely to accredited investors (per Rule 501 of Regulation D, 17 CFR 230.501) through private placements compliant with the Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and state laws.  

• Accredited Investors: Individuals must have an annual income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 with a spouse) for two years, or a net worth over $1,000,000 (excluding primary residence).  
• No Public Offerings: Neither WSV nor its subsidiaries engage in general solicitations. Investment inquiries are vetted for compliance.

3. Subsidiary Operations and Consultants
WSV’s subsidiaries manage active operations, such as sourcing soccer opportunities. Some subsidiaries engage independent consultants to facilitate partnerships. These consultants are not employees or agents of WSV and are solely responsible for complying with laws, including broker-dealer registration under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, where applicable. WSV and its subsidiaries protect your information per Pennsylvania law (73 P.S. § 2301 et seq.).

• Sharing: Data is not sold or shared, except as required by law or with consent.
